Returns - Refunds Policy:
Yakety Yak will provide for returns on batteries and accessories for 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used in the original transaction after receipt of returned goods in as new condition. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of returned accessories/batteries.

Yakety Yak will accept returns and/or exchanges on used cell phones for 30 days from date of purchase. Phone must be returned in the same condition as shipped with all accessories. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used in the original transaction after receipt and testing of the returned phone.

Yakety Yak will warranty repairs for 90 days from purchase. Water damaged phones will have no warranty, and will be repaired in AS-IS condition. The repair warranty covers device malfunction of the repaired part only, and does not cover other faults with the phone, or any form of user damage.
